Anil Kumar Parikh

This is the workplace of Anil Kumar Parikh, situated at number 24 in the Vidhya Vihar Colony of Sunderwas. It is a much quieter part of the city compared to the main markets where we used to be. The shop is more like a small office where we handle a lot of paperwork and meetings throughout the day. We have stacks of files that seem to grow every single week, and we spend a lot of time going through them one by one. People from the neighborhood usually drop in when they need something looked at or sorted out properly. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside on the wall. It is just a regular building where we get our work done. Most of the day is spent at the desk, either talking on the phone or writing things down in our notebooks. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just have to sit and wait or work by the window light for a while. It is a slow pace here. We know the people who walk past every day, and we often stop to say hello to our neighbors. The room is filled with the smell of old paper and ink. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under letters and documents. It is just a simple operation for the most part. We have been at this address for a long time now, so people know where to find us.
