A C L Builders is up on the first floor of Sundaram Vatika. Our address is 41276 Sukhadia Circle. Being near the circle is nice because there’s a bit of greenery and the fountain is right there. The building isn't new, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to them, but we like it here. Our space is mostly taken up by big tables where we spread out blueprints and maps. It gets pretty bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles; it’s more of an open room where we can all talk to each other without shouting. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going between the office and the various spots where work is happening. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped because of all the samples and materials we keep tucked in the corners. We’ve got a small area for guests to sit, though it’s usually covered in some paperwork. Dealing with building stuff in this town keeps us fairly occupied from Monday to Saturday. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. If you find yourself at Sukhadia Circle, we are just a short walk away. It’s a practical place for a practical job, and we don't try to make it more than that.
