Tanzin Exim Privatelimited is located over in Tuticorin, which most people call Thoothukudi now. We are right on Krishnarajapuram 3rd Street at number 40/1. Being in a port city like this really shapes how we do things. There is always a smell of the sea in the air and things move at their own pace here. We handle a lot of logistics and trade stuff from this office. It is a simple building, nothing too modern, but it works for what we need. We have been in this 628002 area long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks with our computers. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some days are spent entirely on the phone arguing about schedules or checking on cargo. It can be stressful when things are delayed but we just deal with it. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just want to move our goods from point A to point B without any trouble. Sometimes the rain here stops everything for a bit, so we just wait it out. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We are just honest people trying to run a business in a town we know well.
