Sobha Developers Ltd

Down here in Tuticorin, Sobha Developers Ltd is based at 6/3F Sundara Vel Puram, specifically on 7th Street. The office is tucked into the local neighborhood, and it has a very different feel than the big city branches. It’s hot most of the time, so the fans are always going. We handle things for the Tamil Nadu region from this spot. The address is 604807 in our system, but to everyone here, it’s just the office on the 7th street. It is not a shiny skyscraper or anything like that. It’s a functional space where we sit down and look at plans and coordinate with guys on the ground. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out for a minute, but we just carry on. We keep our files organized and make sure the paperwork for the district is sorted out. There’s a lot of coming and going with site supervisors and local staff. It’s a plain place, really. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the area. We usually just grab tea from the stall around the corner. It is a straightforward way of working without any of that polished business talk you hear in the bigger cities.
