Ramesh Flowers Private Limited is located out at the Sipcot Industrial Complex, specifically unit A-62(A). It’s in the Therku Veerapadiapuram post office area. Being in an industrial complex means there’s always a lot of activity around us. Trucks coming in, people moving about, that kind of thing. We work with flowers, so there’s a lot of sorting and packing going on inside our walls. It’s physical work. We have to keep an eye on everything to make sure it’s moving along. The industrial park is quite big, so sometimes people get a bit lost looking for our specific block. We’ve been here long enough that we know the layout pretty well. It’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where the work gets done. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good group that’s been together for a bit. We don't really do the corporate thing with meetings that go on for hours. We’d rather just be on the floor seeing what needs to be packed next. The air can smell quite a bit like the plants we handle, which is a nice change from the usual industrial smells outside. We have our routine. Morning starts early, and we keep going until the day’s orders are sorted out. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to keep things organized.
