We operate out of Door No. 75 in Kalliampudur. It’s a small place compared to the big city hospitals, but we’ve got what’s needed for the people around here. Rama Prasad Hospital has been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. We aren't tucked away in some big complex; we’re right there on the street where everyone can see us. The building is simple, and we try to keep it clean and organized for the patients. Most of the people who come to see us are our neighbors or people from just a few streets over. We do general medical work, and if someone needs something we can't do, we tell them where to go. It’s a small team of us working here. We know each other's schedules and how the coffee machine works when it gets stuck in the morning. Every day is different, with some days being mostly routine checkups and other days being a bit more chaotic. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We spend our time checking charts, talking to patients, and making sure the medicine cabinet is full. The floor tiles are a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, but the equipment is maintained properly. We just want to make sure that when someone walks in with a problem, they leave feeling a bit better. That’s how we’ve always run things here.
