We are based at 5/22 Bharathiyar Road in Eral. It’s a small town vibe here, and we like it that way. We do a bit of everything when it comes to technology. If it has a circuit board, we’ve probably looked at it at some point. The shop is a simple room on the road, easy for people to stop by. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big corporate office. It’s just us and our tools. We started this because we saw that people in Eral had to go far away to get their tech fixed. So, we set up here on Bharathiyar Road. It’s been an interesting journey. Some days we are very busy, and other days we just sit and drink coffee while we wait for parts to arrive in the mail. We don’t use any polished marketing language. We just tell people what we can do and what we can’t. Honesty is easier for everyone. The community here is tight-knit, so word travels fast if you do a good or bad job. We try to stay on the good side of that. Our workspace is usually covered in screws and screwdrivers. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. If you’re ever walking down Bharathiyar Road, you’ll see us. We’re just a local business trying to make things work. We don't have a website or anything like that yet, we just rely on people coming by. It's a simple life and it works for us.
