Oasexports Imports

We've been over here on South Cotton Road for a while now. Being in Tuticorin, you kind of get used to the rhythm of the port and all the cargo moving around. It's just what we do at Oasexports Imports. There are always boxes and papers to deal with at No. 151. Some days it is quiet and other days everyone is rushing to get things on a ship. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the logistics. People come by to check on their orders or just to talk about the market. I’ve lived around here most of my life so I know the shortcuts and the people at the docks. Tuticorin is a busy place if you're in this line of work. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the shipping work done. Sometimes the weather makes things late, which is frustrating for everyone, but that's just part of it. We try to be straight with people when things are delayed. It isn't always easy dealing with international stuff from a small spot on South Cotton Road but we make it work. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the containers get where they need to go without too much trouble for anyone involved. It is hard work but it pays the bills.
