New Tech Builders

We are located at 5/230 Annai Illam in Annai Indira Nagar. It’s on the second street in Tuticorin. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep the blueprints and the old computer. My wife usually handles the phone calls while I am out at the building sites. It’s a lot of driving back and forth in the heat. Tuticorin can be very salty because of the sea air, so we have to watch out for rust on the equipment. We started this small building business because there was a lot of work happening in this part of town. Sometimes we have a hard time finding good help, so I end up doing a lot of the heavy work myself. The street outside is usually quiet until the school bus comes by in the afternoon. We have a small yard where we keep some leftover sand and bricks from the last job. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just try to get the houses built and move on to the next one. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to sit around waiting for the rain to stop. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now. Most neighbors know us as the guys with the yellow truck. We just keep our heads down and work. It's nothing special, but it keeps us going.
