We've been operating out of Vilathikulam for a while now. Most people around here know VOC Street, and that's where our office is at D.No 3/13-B. It's not a fancy place by any means, just a regular spot where we handle the paperwork for sending things in and out of the country. Tuticorin is pretty close, which definitely helps when we have to deal with the port. We work with all sorts of goods, making sure they get where they need to go without too much of a fuss. Some days are much busier than others, and sometimes the logistics side of things gets a little bit messy, but that's just the way the export and import world works. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on the task right in front of us. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests throughout the day. Being in a place like Vilathikulam means we actually know our neighbors. We aren't some giant corporation with a big glass building. It's just a regular office where we do our best to manage the shipments. We handle the local stuff and the international orders too. It gets quite hot here in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and keep working. Sometimes there are delays at the port in Tuticorin, which is frustrating for everyone, but we deal with it. We just want to get the job done.
