Our place is located at C-102 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex down in Tuticorin. It’s a huge area with lots of big companies, but we just stick to our corner and do our thing. Maris Associates has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the complex grow and change quite a lot. The salt air from the coast sometimes gets into everything, so we have to keep a close eye on the equipment. Being in an industrial hub like this means there’s always trucks moving and noise from the neighbors. We do a lot of coordination and management tasks here. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s steady. The office is functional, filled with ledgers and files that have been there since we moved in. We don’t go for the modern open-plan look; we just have desks where people can actually get their work done without distractions. The heat in Tuticorin can be something else, so we keep the fans going and try to stay productive. Most of the staff live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. We know the security guards at the gate and the drivers who come through every week. It’s about building those small connections while we handle our business. We don't have a big marketing team. We just answer the phones and get the paperwork sorted. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but we like the quiet of our specific lot.
