We are down here in Tuticorin, specifically in Annai Therasa Nagar. Our place is No. 1/259 C-1 on the first street. It gets pretty hot during the day, so the fans are always going in the office. Rameshkumar Issac is usually the one managing things here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments that are coming through. The street outside is usually busy with people coming and going. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. We handle logistics because that’s what this town is about, being a major port city and all. You can smell the salt in the air sometimes if the wind is blowing from the right direction. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the side tables. People often drop by to ask about their cargo. We try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit messy when three trucks arrive at the same time. The neighbors are nice, mostly families and a couple of other small businesses. Sometimes we grab tea from the small stall around the corner when things slow down in the late afternoon. It’s just us doing our part in the logistics chain. No big corporate speeches here, just moving items from point A to point B. We’ve been at this address for a while now and everyone knows the building. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but quiet enough to hear yourself think.
