Our place is at No. 289D on Sivanthakulam Road. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We do exports, so a lot of our time is spent checking items and making sure the packing is done right. The road outside can get a bit busy with the local traffic. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We are not a giant corporation with fancy suits. Most days we are just in our regular clothes moving boxes around. It gets quite warm in this part of the country, so we keep the windows open for the breeze. There is a lot of detail work in exports that people don't see. We have to be careful with the numbers and the destinations. Sivanthakulam Road is a good spot for us because it is easy for the transport to find. We don't have a big website or a lot of bells and whistles. We just do the work and send the goods where they need to go. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port and we have to spend the whole day on the phone. That is just part of the job. We have been at this address for a long time. It feels like home to most of us by now. We close the gates in the evening and head back to our families. It is a simple business. We just try to keep everything moving without too much fuss.
