Streamside Dairy

Streamside Dairy is located in Upper Rongkhon, over in Tura, Wgh. It’s a quiet spot, and as the name suggests, we aren't too far from the water. Our day starts very early, usually before the sun is even up. That’s when the milk starts coming in, and we have to get it processed and cooled down quickly. It’s a lot of cleaning and making sure the containers are spotless. The floor is almost always wet, and we all wear rubber boots to keep our feet dry. We have a few local guys who help with the deliveries and the heavy lifting. It’s a physical job, and by the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired. The cows are nearby, and you can hear them in the background while we work. We don’t have any complicated tech; we just use the same methods that have worked for years. The hills in Tura are steep, so getting the milk out to the customers can be tricky when the roads are muddy. We’ve had the same old truck for a decade, and it still runs okay if you know how to handle the gears. We don’t put on any acts or try to look bigger than we are. We’re just a local dairy trying to provide for the community. Sometimes things go wrong, like a cooler breaking down, but we just fix it and keep moving.
