We are located on Sivalayam Street in Gavarpeta, right near the old Shivalayam temple. Being so close to the temple means there is always something happening outside our door, from morning prayers to evening festivals. Sri Venketeswara Agencies is a place where we stock a bit of everything for the local shops and households. We deal with various distributors to bring in the goods that people around here use every day. Our building at D. No. 6-35-26 is older, and it has that distinct smell of paper and stocked boxes. We don't have any big marketing plans or a social media page. Most of our customers are people we've known for years. They just walk in, tell us what they need, and we sort it out for them. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, based on handshakes and knowing each other's names. We spend our days unloading deliveries and checking lists to make sure we haven't missed anything. It’s steady work, and we like the routine of it. Sometimes the street gets so crowded with people going to the temple that it’s hard to get a truck through, but we make it work.
