Sivaganesh Color Lab

Sivaganesh Color Lab is based in East Godavari, and we’ve been part of the community here for quite a while. We mainly focus on photo printing and processing, which means our shop is often full of pictures of people’s weddings, birthdays, and family gatherings. It’s a nice kind of work because you get to see a lot of happy moments. Our equipment takes up most of the space in the back, and there is always that faint smell of chemicals and paper in the air. We aren't a big chain; it's just a local lab where we try to get the colors to look right on the prints. Some days we are really busy with a backlog of orders, especially during the festival or wedding seasons here in East Godavari. We don't really have a lot of corporate polish. The counters are a bit worn down and the chairs in the waiting area have seen better days. But we know our regulars by name and they know we will handle their prints as they expect. We spend our time checking the machines and making sure the paper doesn't jam. It’s a simple business, really. We just want to make sure people have their memories printed out so they can keep them in their albums. If you walk in, you’ll likely see one of us hunched over a screen or cutting prints to size while talking to a neighbor.
