We are located at number 4 in the Anthrasanahalli Industrial Area. It’s quite a bit out of the main city center, so we have a lot more space here than the offices in the crowded urban parts. The drive out to this area isn't too bad as long as you leave early enough to beat the morning rush. Wipro has a setup here where the focus is really on the practical, day-to-day side of things. It’s a large facility, but most of us spend our time in our own specific sections or at our own desks. There is always a lot of activity with different people coming in for their shifts at various times of the day. You see a lot of people in uniforms and others in casual clothes all mixing together. The canteen is usually the place where everyone catches up on the news. The buildings are very functional and painted in plain, simple colors. It feels like a proper, hardworking environment. We have a lot of safety rules we have to follow every day, so you’ll see everyone wearing their ID cards and sticking to the marked paths. It’s not like a small shop where things are loose; it is more organized and disciplined than that. Still, we have our local habits, like sharing food from our tiffins during the afternoon break. Outside the main gate, there are a few tea stalls where people gather after work.
