Siddaganga Institute Of Technology is located near B.H. Road in the Maranehalli area. It’s a pretty large institution and has been around for quite a long time now. People in the neighborhood know us well. The campus is always busy with students moving between the different blocks for their labs and lectures. Since we are near the main B.H. Road, it’s easy for people to find us, though the traffic out front can be a bit much sometimes in the mornings. The institute has a lot of history, and you can see it in some of the older buildings, while the newer ones are more modern and updated. We teach a variety of technical subjects here. It’s a serious environment where the main goal is just getting through the coursework and learning the basics. The labs are usually full of students trying to figure out their experiments and writing down their results. We don’t use any polished marketing speak or fancy words. It’s a place for learning, plain and simple. The faculty are busy people, and the students are usually stressed about their internals or final projects. Maranehalli is a good place for a college like this to be located. There are plenty of small shops and places for students to grab a quick bite to eat nearby. It feels like a small town within the city. We don’t have any big missions to talk about. We just open the gates every morning and get to work. It’s a practical, local institution.
