Down here in Tumkur, you can find us at Anu Nilaya on 3rd Cross in Saraswathi Puram. It is a simple setup we’ve got going. The 572105 area is pretty decent and easy to get to once you know the turns. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the schedules for the week. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports or talking to the guys on the ground. We have been working under the Shapoorji Pallonji name for quite some time, but we keep things very local. The neighbors know us as the guys who are always busy with construction plans. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the files moving around, but that is part of the job. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just focus on the buildings and the projects we have in front of us. Living and working in Tumkur is straightforward, and that is how we like to run our office too. If things are running late at a site, we stay back to fix it. It’s just how work goes here. No one is looking for a trophy; we just want to make sure the work is solid and finished on time.
