Sahyadri Telecome

If you’re looking for Sahyadri Telecome, you have to head up to the second floor. We are right opposite the Total Gas Bunk in the K. R. Extension area. It’s a busy little spot, and the gas bunk is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. Climbing those stairs a few times a day keeps us somewhat fit, I guess. The shop is mostly filled with phone cases, chargers, and various spare parts scattered around the workbench. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where every screwdriver and cable is located. People come in all day with cracked screens or phones that just won't turn on, and we spend our time squinting at small circuits under the lamp. Sometimes the noise from the traffic downstairs is quite loud, especially when the trucks are lining up at the gas station. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name on the door and a lot of loyal locals who have been coming to us for years. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up in the evening. K. R. Extension is a nice place to work, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes.
