PAVAMANA CONSTRUCTIONS TUMKURU LLP

Pavamana Constructions Tumkuru LLP is based out of NandaGokula. We are near the Yagnavalkya Ashrama in the New Extension area of Heggere. This is part of the Siddhartha Nagara Post. It’s a nice area of Tumkuru, slightly away from the loudest parts of the city. We are an LLP, so it’s a partnership between people who know the construction trade well. Our days usually involve a lot of travel between Heggere and different building sites. We don't have a fancy polished office. It’s more of a functional space where we store our tools and go over the site plans. The area around the Ashrama is peaceful, which is nice when we have to sit down and do the paperwork. Construction in this part of Karnataka has its own rhythm. We deal with the local weather and the availability of sand and bricks just like everyone else. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times we are waiting on a delivery that’s stuck somewhere. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or complicated systems. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of things on paper or basic spreadsheets. We are just local people building for other local people. You might find us having a quick lunch under a tree at a site or sitting in the office drinking some coffee. We don’t put on any acts. We just do the building work that needs to be done.
