Maruthi Road Construction Equipments

You can find us in the First Phase of the Antharsanahalli Industrial Area. We are at unit 3E2. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are trucks and heavy machines moving around from sunrise to sunset. The noise is something you just get used to after working here for a week. We deal with road construction gear, so there is always a lot of heavy metal and equipment sitting around the yard. The floors are thick concrete and they get pretty cold in the early mornings. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office area at the front. It’s mostly just metal desks, calendars on the walls, and some old photos of past projects. We spend a lot of time checking the equipment and making sure everything is ready to go out to the sites. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by the time lunch rolls around. It's hard work but it keeps us busy and the days go by fast. We have a small canteen area in the back where we sit and eat. Sometimes we talk about the machines or just about what's going on with our families. The industrial area can be a bit dusty, especially when the wind blows through the open bay doors in the afternoon. We don't really have a sales pitch for anyone. If someone needs a machine for a road, they come here and we show them what is available.
