M. c. Orthopaedic Arthroscopy & Joint Replacement Centre

Down on Dibhi Ghat Road, specifically at the 2nd Cross in Ashok Nagar, is where you’ll find the M. c. Orthopaedic Arthroscopy & Joint Replacement Centre. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name for such a local place. We are tucked into a side street, so it’s not as loud as the main road. The building is a standard two-story house that was converted a long time ago. We use the ground floor mostly. There’s a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. We don’t use a lot of fancy computer systems for everything; some things are still done on paper because it’s just easier for us. The waiting room has some plastic chairs and a fan that wobbles a bit when it’s on the high setting. We are just a group of people working together. Most of us have been here since the beginning. Ashok Nagar is a decent place to be located. We get people from all over the city because of the specific things we do here. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. People find us through word of mouth or their own doctors tell them where to go. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized through the day. Sometimes we get a little behind schedule, but we do our best. That is just how life goes.
