Vinayaka Hospital

We are located in Tumkur, tucked right behind the Maruti Suzuki showroom. It is actually a good landmark because everyone knows where the cars are. If you go around the back, you’ll find Vinayaka Hospital. The area can be a bit noisy with the garage nearby, but inside it stays fairly calm. I spend a lot of my time in the back office or walking the halls to see how things are going. We have a small team of people who have lived in Tumkur their whole lives. The hospital isn't one of those glass-and-steel buildings you see in the movies. It is a solid brick place that has seen a lot of use. We keep the rooms simple. There are beds, chairs, and the basic things we need for daily care. I often find myself talking to the families who sit out in the corridor. They tell me about their farms or their kids. It makes the job feel more real than just reading charts all day. Sometimes the supply truck is late and we have to shuffle things around, but we manage. We don’t have a big corporate office telling us what to do. We just look at what the patient needs and try to handle it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
