It’s quite a drive from the main city, but being out here in Tumkur gives us the space we actually need. The air is a bit different here than in Bangalore. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure everything is running. It's a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the clock. The facility is plain, mostly concrete and metal, built for function. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages and towns. We have a small area for breaks where we usually sit and talk about non-work things. It’s a straightforward environment. We handle the processing, pack things up, and get them moved out. There’s always a lot to do, especially during peak seasons. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. The truck drivers usually stop by for a chat while they wait for the loading to finish. We keep a few chairs outside for them. We just lock up and head back home.
