You can find us in Antharasanahalli, in the second block of the KIADB Industrial Area. We are at Plot No. 8 and 9, which is right near the Central Government Ware House. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity. We hear the sounds of machines and trucks all day long. Our main thing at Pavan Rice Industries is rice. We process it and get it ready for the market. It’s a dusty job, but someone has to do it. The facility is large because we need the space for the bags and the milling equipment. We have a crew that has been with us for years. They know the rhythm of the machines. The warehouse nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come to the gate and we talk there. The weather stays pretty warm in this part of the country, which is good for drying things out. We focus on getting the work done every day. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out. It’s just a standard industrial operation. We take pride in the fact that we are a local business providing jobs in the area and keeping things moving.
