Junior Engineer

My name is Sandeep Kumar and I work as a Junior Engineer here in Tumkur. My father is Vijay Kumar and we live at Ragwendra Nilya. It’s right on the New Ring Road in Kyathsandra. If you know that area, you know it’s growing fast. I’ve set up my workspace here because it’s convenient. I don't have a fancy title or a big office building. It’s just a practical setup for an engineer who needs to get things done. I mostly focus on local projects. Tumkur has changed a lot since I was a kid. The new roads have brought more people and more work. I try to keep my sentences short and my work accurate. I don't like wasting time with long meetings. Usually, I’m out on a site or looking at a computer screen. My tools are basic but they do the job well. Being a local person means I care about how things are built in my own town. I’m not some distant consultant. I’m right here on the Ring Road. If there is a problem, I’m easy to find. My father taught me the value of hard work and that’s what I bring to my engineering tasks every day. It’s not always glamorous but it’s steady. I prefer it that way. Most people around here just call me when they need something looked at, and I head over there.
