We spend most of our time here at No. 23- A in the Kiadb Industrial Area. It gets pretty loud once the machines start running in the morning. Ferrum Extreme Engineering isn't a fancy place with carpets or anything like that. It is mostly just concrete floors and the smell of cut metal. People usually find us by looking for the gate near the main industrial road. Most days start around eight and we just keep at it until the work for that day is done. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs fixing, so we just deal with it as it happens. There are a few of us here who have been around since the start. We mostly just focus on the engineering jobs that come in. It is not always easy work because the metal is heavy and the shop gets hot in the summer months. We have our tea breaks outside when the weather is okay. Being in Kiadb means there are trucks moving around all the time, so there is always some noise. We just keep our heads down and get the parts finished. It is a practical setup and we have what we need to get through the orders. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up at the industrial area and do the job that is in front of us. It is not about being big or famous, just about doing the work we know how to do. That is how it has always been for us.
