Annapurneshwari Traders

You’ll find Annapurneshwari Traders right at 567, Madhugiri Road, near the Sira Gate area. We’ve been operating from this location for a good while. We deal in various trade goods that the local farmers and builders around here need. It’s a dusty spot because of all the traffic on Madhugiri Road, but that’s just part of being in this location. The warehouse space is usually full of sacks and building materials. I spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers who are dropping things off. It isn't a quiet job. There is always the sound of trucks and people moving heavy items. We keep our records in big books mostly, though we have a computer now too. The shop floor is concrete and wears down over time, but it holds up under the weight of the stock. Sira Gate is a busy junction, so we see all sorts of people passing through. Some stop to ask for directions while others are here for their regular supplies. I try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but we like being out here where the action is. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows where 567 is. It’s just a regular trading business.
