Samruddhi Industries Limited

Down in Subhash Nagar, near the Adhyatama Ashram, you will find our place, Samruddhi Industries Limited. We are close to the Yedai Vihirijawal in Barshi, which is in the Solapur district. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we have plenty of space for the industry work we do. You can hear the hum of the machines from the road. The area is quite dusty because of all the movement, but we are used to it by now. We have a lot of workers coming in shifts from the nearby villages. There is always something being moved, whether it’s raw materials coming in or the finished goods being loaded onto the big trucks. We have a small office area near the front gate where we handle the registers and the daily logs. It’s not very fancy, just some sturdy tables and chairs and a lot of paperwork. The ashram nearby makes the area feel a bit more peaceful despite the factory noise. We spend our days making sure the production stays on track and the machines are running okay. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend hours fixing them. It is hard work and the sun gets really hot in this part of Solapur during the summer. We just keep our heads down and get the job done, making sure everyone has their work for the day and the orders are ready to go out on time. It is a long day but we like seeing the product leave the gates.
