T Packages India

We operate out of Kochuparambil House over in Chappath Vallakadavu. It’s a local spot and nothing too fancy to look at. T Packages India is basically just us helping people put together their trips. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights or anything like that. It’s more of a home-office type of setup where we keep all our records, maps, and old files. Vallakadavu is a nice area, usually pretty calm, which helps when you're trying to coordinate transport and hotels. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. People want to know about prices and what’s included in a trip, so we spend the day looking up details and writing things down on pads of paper. It can get a bit repetitive, but it’s important to get it right. If a hotel booking is off by a single day, it ruins everything for the traveler. We’ve had our fair share of long days where the coffee runs out and the paperwork seems to never end. We just keep at it until it's finished. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around here. People know where we are and they just drop by when they’re thinking of taking a holiday or visiting family. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even if the printer jams every once in a while and we have to fix it ourselves.
