Krishna Beauty Clinic

This is our little spot on Periganamadam Lane. It is tucked away from the main noise of the bigger streets. We started Krishna Beauty Clinic because there were not many places close by for regular things like threading or a quick haircut. The lane is quite narrow, so parking a car can be a real headache sometimes, but most people just walk or come on a scooter. We have two chairs and a basic mirror setup. It is mostly local women from the surrounding houses who come in. We keep it very simple here. There are no fancy lights or expensive music systems playing. Just the usual tools of the trade. Most days are busy in the evening when everyone finishes their chores or work. We end up talking a lot about what is happening in the neighborhood while we work. You hear all sorts of stories sitting in this shop. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to wait a bit. We do not have a big reception desk or a manager. It is just a counter where we keep the thread, the scissors, and the combs. We have had some customers for years now. They followed us from when we were even smaller than this. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting, but nobody seems to mind much. We use the brands people trust. It is just a normal beauty parlor for regular people.
