We are located in T.S.N. Nagar, which is part of the Cement Nagar post office area in Sendurai Taluk. This is a real industrial pocket of the Perambalur district, and you can tell that just by looking at the surroundings. Our office is at E-1/2, and it’s right in the heart of where all the action is for the cement industry in this region. Most of us living and working here have some kind of connection to the plant or the shipping side of the business. It has a real company town feel, where everyone knows the schedule of the trucks and the sounds of the machinery in the distance. We spend our days managing the local distribution and making sure the records for the Sendurai area are kept up to date for the head office. The air can be a bit heavy with dust sometimes, but that’s just how it is in a place called Cement Nagar. We have a straightforward setup with a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of logbooks. It’s not a place for visitors to come and see anything fancy, just a working office for the local staff. We deal with the local contractors and the transport drivers who are moving the bags out to the different villages and sites nearby. The work is steady, and we follow a pretty set routine every week. Most of the staff has been around for a long time, so we don't need to explain much to each other. We just get the job done.
