Srilankan Airlines (Gsa)

Our office is tucked away in Trichy, specifically over in KK Nagar at 60 Seshadri Nagar. It’s in the Gandhi Nagar Extension area, which is a bit quieter than the main city center but still gets its fair share of people coming through. We act as the GSA for Srilankan Airlines here. Most of our day is spent answering the phones or dealing with people who walk in to ask about their travel plans to Colombo and beyond. The office itself is pretty simple, with a few desks and some travel brochures scattered around. Trichy gets incredibly hot, so the air conditioning is our best friend during those long afternoon hours. We’ve got a small team that keeps track of all the bookings and ticket changes. Sometimes the internet slows down and we have to tell people to wait a bit while we sort out the system. There’s a tea shop just down the street where we usually grab a glass of hot chai in the evening when things settle down. It’s not a huge corporate setup, just a local spot where we try to help travelers get where they need to go without too much trouble. We’ve been in this KK Nagar neighborhood for a while, and the locals know us as the place to go for flight help. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until we close the shutters.
