Our location in Tamil Nadu is in a place called Lalgudi. We are right on North Street, number 121/1. It’s quite far from the big cities like Chennai, and that’s just how we like it. The pace here is much slower. The office is a simple building, nothing like the glass towers you see in the city. It’s hot most of the year, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze. We work on the local construction needs of this region. Most of the guys here speak the local language and know every street in Lalgudi. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small board. The office inside is practical—tables, chairs, and lots of folders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy décor. We focus on the ground reality of the projects. It’s a lot of manual record-keeping and site visits. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to reach the actual work locations from North Street. We are just a local team doing honest work in our corner of India. It’s a quiet life, but the work is steady. We handle everything from here without any big fuss or corporate slogans. It’s just us, the street, and the daily tasks we have to finish. Sometimes we take a long lunch when the heat gets too much, but the work always gets done eventually.
