Marketing Manager

My work takes place in Mathur, which is in the Kulathur area of Pudukottai district. It’s a rural kind of setting compared to the big cities, and I like it that way. I work as a marketing manager for this region. Most of my time is spent visiting local spots or sitting at my desk planning things out. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more about knowing the people in the district and understanding what they need. I don't wear a suit to work. Usually, it's just regular clothes and a pair of sturdy shoes because I move around a lot. The office is simple. We have the basics needed to get by. Being in Pudukottai means things move at a different pace. You have to be patient and talk to people face to face. I spend a lot of time listening. My role is to help get our products noticed around here. It involves a lot of driving on the local roads. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, but you just keep going. I don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy agency. It’s just me trying to make sure people know we are here. It’s honest, local work that keeps me busy from morning until evening. I’ve been here for years, so I know the layout of the land quite well.
