This is our Trichy office, located at Ark Housing in Tamilnadu. Indu Projects Ltd. India has been working out of this spot for a bit. It’s not a huge setup, just enough room for the local team to stay on top of things. Trichy is a good place to be, and being at Ark Housing makes it feel a bit more grounded than a cold office tower. We spend most of our time dealing with site visits and keeping the paperwork in order. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a few sturdy desks. It’s functional. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s more about getting the job done. Sometimes the heat in Tamilnadu makes the office feel like an oven, but the fans do their best. We know most of the people around here. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We just handle the day-to-day project tasks. There’s always a lot of chatter about the current sites and what needs to happen next. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't make it complicated. We just show up, do the work, and make sure things are moving forward as they should. It’s a regular part of the neighborhood. Nothing flashy or complicated, just us working on what needs doing.
