Ellora Bakery Equipments

Ellora Bakery Equipments is tucked away in the Sitco Industrial Estate at No. 17. We spend most of our time making the machines that local bakeries need. It is a noisy environment with the constant sound of metal being cut and hammered. Our unit is basically a large workshop. There are pieces of steel and various tools scattered across the workbenches at any given time. We do not have a clean, air-conditioned office. Instead, we have a workspace that smells like grease and cut metal. It is the kind of job where you are on your feet all day long. We make things like ovens and mixers from scratch. It involves a lot of welding and fitting parts together until the machine works like it should. The industrial estate is always full of activity, with trucks moving in and out of the narrow lanes throughout the day. We do not have a sales team to go out and find new business. Most customers come to us because they have heard about our work or seen our machines in other shops. It gets very hot in the workshop during the summer months. We just have some big fans to keep the air moving while we work. The office tasks are done on a small desk in the corner, usually covered in technical drawings and order forms. We have been doing this for years and just focus on building sturdy equipment that people can actually use.
