Hawea Estates

Hawea Estates is situated in East Nada, Guruvayoor. We’ve been part of this community for some time, working out of our local office here. Most people who come to Guruvayoor know East Nada well, so finding us isn’t usually a problem. We focus on estates and property around this area. It’s a busy town with a lot of people coming through, and that keeps our work life quite active. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy land or are looking for a place to stay long-term. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some chairs and desks where we can sit down and go over property papers. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything; we just rely on people knowing who we are. Sometimes the humidity is a bit much, but we keep the fans going and get on with the work. We know the local geography and who owns what plot. It’s all about knowing the neighbors and the land records. We help with the buying and selling process, making sure the documents are in order and the price is fair for everyone involved. It’s steady, honest work that keeps us connected to the town. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up and land change hands over the years, and we just keep doing our part. People know they can just drop in and talk about property without any pressure.
