Guruvayoor Properties & Interior Designer

Our shop, Guruvayoor Properties & Interior Designer, is located right on Kuttippuram Road in Mundur. It’s a decent spot where we do a bit of everything related to houses. Some days we are helping someone buy a plot of land, and other days we are sitting on the floor with fabric samples and wood chips trying to figure out a kitchen design. It’s a mix of real estate work and making the inside of homes look okay. Mundur is a good place to be, and being on the main road means we see everyone passing by. The office is usually a bit of a mess because of all the design catalogues and property papers piled up. We aren't a big firm with dozens of workers. It's just a few of us here doing the actual work. We talk to a lot of local people who want to renovate their old houses or maybe build something new from scratch. We don't use big words or try to act like we're from some fancy city office. We just know what works for the homes around here. Sometimes we are out at a site checking on a painter, and other times we are stuck in the office doing the accounts. It’s a lot of back and forth between different jobs. People know they can just walk in and ask a question without feeling pressured. We’ve been on Kuttippuram Road for a while and we like the rhythm of the place.
