Our place is located at 7/295-A on Vanjikadavu Road in Chavakkad. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people in the area know where we are. Dealing in real estate in a place like this is mostly about relationships and knowing who owns what piece of land. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just a simple room where we sit down with people and talk about their needs. Whether someone wants a small plot for a house or a larger bit of land, we try to help them find it. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but that doesn't stop people from coming by. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking boundaries and checking property markers. It’s hard work, and the humidity doesn’t help much. We aren't into those big marketing campaigns. Word of mouth is usually how people find us anyway. We just tell people the facts and let them decide. There’s no point in rushing someone into a big decision like buying property. We just provide the information and help with the legal bits so nothing goes wrong later. It’s a steady life, and we’re happy to be part of the community here. I often have a cup of tea with neighbors who stop by just to chat about the local news.
