Our company is Alliance Habitat & Real Estate (I) Pvt. Ltd. Even though we are associated with Cochin, our main office address is actually in Trichur. We are located at Tc/ I/ 470/ D, Alappadan H Valiyalukal in Kanimangalam. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say. Kanimangalam is a nice, green area near Trichur. We deal with real estate and housing projects. The office is basically a converted part of a large house, which is common around here. It feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend our time talking to people about land and houses, showing them plans, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with property in Kerala. It’s a slow process sometimes, dealing with all the regulations. We aren't like those big developers you see in the movies. We are just local guys who know the land around Trichur and Cochin. People come by to sit and talk about what they want to build. We don't have a fancy website with drone shots. We mostly just show people the sites in person. The office has a lot of old files and maps pinned to the walls. It’s a practical place. We know the neighbors and the local shops. Working in Kanimangalam is peaceful, away from the main city noise. We just take things one day at a time and try to help people find a place to live. It's just a regular local real estate office.
