Sun Shine Steel

Sun Shine Steel is based out in Newai, right on the way to Jaipur. It is a place where we deal with metal materials all day long. The area out here is quite open, and you can see the sky clearly, which is nice when it isn't too hot in the summer months. Working with steel is heavy and loud, but it is just what we do here at our yard. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal and that specific smell of iron in the air. We are not a big fancy factory with thousands of workers, just a small group of us getting the jobs done. The commute can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to the Newai roads by now. Our yard is filled with various bits of steel waiting to be moved or worked on by the guys. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the steel and the orders. The days are long and we usually end up feeling pretty tired by the time we head home. It is hard work and it keeps us busy every day of the week. The sun shines down on the metal in the yard—maybe that is where the name came from. We just know that we have to be here every day to make sure things get loaded. It is a simple operation run by people who aren't afraid of getting dirty. We just keep at it.
