You can find us at No.G-87 in the Riico Industrial Area over in Deoli. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of noise and movement. Navdeep Minerals is right in the middle of it all. It’s not the cleanest place to work, honestly, because there’s always a bit of grit in the air from the plants nearby. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. Our days are filled with looking over shipments and talking to drivers. The Riico area is pretty busy during the week, so there’s always someone coming or going. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning in every room. It’s more of a practical space where we can get things done. Deoli is a good place for this kind of work though. We know the other business owners nearby and we help each other out when someone’s machine breaks down or if a truck gets stuck. It’s a bit of a community even if it’s all concrete and steel. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our business is done through phone calls and face-to-face chats right here at the gate. We just try to keep the supply moving and make sure everyone gets what they need on time. It's a simple way to run things.
