We started this thing in Malpura quite a while back. Our office is over at 43 Subhash Colony, which is pretty easy to find since it is right near the Nagar Palika building. Tonk is a hot place, so we usually get to work early before it gets too bad outside. We mostly handle building work and figuring out plots for people who want to stay around here. There are a lot of developers in Jaipur, but we keep our main base here in this part of town because it’s where we know people. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of paper and maps of the local areas. My brother and I usually sit there with some tea, talking to folks who walk in. Some days it is quiet, and other days everyone is asking about new construction stuff. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know us from around the neighborhood. If you are walking past the municipality office, you’ll likely see our sign. It has been there for a long time now. We try to keep things simple and just do the work that comes our way. Sometimes the phone rings all afternoon, and sometimes we just watch the traffic go by on the road. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the local scene in Malpura without making a big fuss about it.
