We’re located at K-17 in the Income Tax Colony over in Durgapura. It’s a busy spot right off Tonk Road, so there’s always noise from the traffic coming through. We handle greens, which is a broad way of saying we work with plants and agricultural stuff most of the time. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we store our tools and do our planning. Most of our days are spent dealing with the soil and making sure the things we’re growing stay healthy. It gets incredibly hot in Jaipur during the summer months, so our water schedule is basically the most important thing we manage. We aren't corporate people in suits. We’re usually wearing boots and old shirts because we’re always getting dirty. Sometimes the main gate gets stuck when it rains, but we’ve learned how to kick it just right to get it open. If you live around Durgapura, you’ve probably driven past our place a hundred times without noticing. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we don't plan on moving. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from sunrise. We don't take many shortcuts because you can't really fool nature. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything moving. It’s not a complicated setup we have here. We just look after the plants.
