This branch of Bateman Engineering India Pvt Ltd is located out in Duni, in the Tonk district of Rajasthan. The office is run by Rakesh Jain, who took over things after his father, Late Sri Padam Kumar Jain. It’s a bit different being out here compared to the big city offices, but we like the pace. Being in a place like Duni means you know your neighbors and the people you do business with. We handle various engineering tasks from this location, mostly focusing on local needs and specialized projects that come our way. The office is a simple setup, nothing too corporate or polished. It’s just a place to sit down, look at the plans, and figure out how to solve whatever problem is in front of us. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain what we are doing and how long it’s going to take. It’s practical work. Rajasthan has its own set of challenges with the weather and the terrain, so we have to keep that in mind for every project. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do honest work and keep the family legacy going. It’s just us here, keeping things moving in Tonk. Sometimes the internet is slow, but the work still gets done. It’s a quiet life, but the engineering keeps our minds sharp.
