N. I. C. E. (National Institute Of Computer Education)

N. I. C. E. is located in the Shivam Complex over at Balwant Cinema Market. We are right on Ratia Road in Tohana. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the cinema market is. We have a few rooms with computers and some old chairs. It’s not the most modern-looking place you’ll ever see. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But the computers work and that’s what matters. We spend our time teaching people how to use them. It’s mostly local kids or folks trying to learn a new skill for work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just sit here and help out with whatever computer problems or lessons come up. It’s a bit noisy because of the market outside, but you get used to it. The Shivam Complex has a lot of different businesses, so there is always someone walking past. We’ve been here in Tohana for a long time. We aren't trying to be a big university. We are just a small institute doing our part. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we make do. It’s just how things are.
