Deepak Fire & Safety Services is situated right near the Baba Balak Nath Mandir in Tohana. We are on the road that leads to the Kali Mata Mandir, so it’s a pretty well-known part of town. Fatehabad is where we do most of our work. Being near the temples means there is always people moving around outside. We deal with fire extinguishers and safety inspections mostly. Our shop is simple. We have the equipment stacked up and ready to go. It’s a lot of manual work, checking valves and refilling tanks when needed. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the desk or out the back working on the gear. The road can get a bit dusty in the summer months, but we are used to it by now. People from all over Tohana come to us when they need their safety stuff looked at. We just tell them to look for the mandir and they find us easily enough. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We don't use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and keeping track of who needs what. We’ve been here for a long time and plan on staying. It’s a busy life but we like being part of the local community in this way. Most days we are just cleaning the gear and making sure everything is ready for the next call.
