We are based out in Thiruvur in the Krishna Dt. You can find us through T. Swamyprasad, who is the son of T. Narasimha Rao. It is a family-oriented setup here at Avr Engg Technologies India Pvt Ltd. This part of Andhra Pradesh is where we have grown up and where we choose to work. It is not some high-tech park with glass buildings. It is a more traditional place where we handle engineering technology. The pace is a bit slower than the big cities, but the work is just as important. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local projects and making sure things are built right. Everyone in the area knows the family, so people usually just walk in when they need to talk. We don't have a big human resources department or a marketing budget. We just have our tools and our experience. The weather can be quite hot, especially in the middle of the year, but we are used to it by now. We are just about getting things done without a lot of fuss. It is about showing up every morning. We don't see the need for big speeches about what we do. We just do it, day after day, right here in Thiruvur. We like the local people and they seem to like having us around. It’s a quiet life but we stay very busy with the work at hand.
